Green Homes Grant

If you are a homeowner or a landlord, you could be entitled to a Green Homes Grant towards the cost of installing energy efficient improvements to your home!

How does it work?

The Green Homes Grant gives homeowners and landlords in England vouchers to help cover the cost of energy efficiency improvements to their home. These could include:

  • low-carbon heating systems

  • insulation

  • double glazing windows

The Vouchers will cover two-thirds of the cost of eligible improvements, up to £5,000.

OR if someone in your household receives certain benefits, you may be eligible for a voucher covering 100% of the cost of the improvements up to £10,000.
